4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sk999 currently supports transactions through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet), and Upay. Transactions through any method other than these are not accepted.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The deposit amount must be within the maximum limit of your chosen payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if an identity verification process is ongoing or if any issue is detected with the account.

4.4 Transaction Authenticity

All deposits and withdrawals are processed through an encrypted, secure connection. If any activity other than authorized transactions is detected on your account, sk999 may temporarily suspend the account and conduct an investigation.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New sk999 members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳12,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, if you received a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Participating in a single promotion with multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to any third party.
• sk999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• In cases of suspected bonus abuse, sk999 may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 Cashback & VIP Benefits

sk999's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Advancement to a higher tier depends on the player's activity and participation.

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless it was incorrectly accepted due to a technical error on sk999's own part. All bets are processed in real time, and in the event of a technical error, sk999's decision is final.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server outage, network disconnection, or any other technical issue, sk999 will determine the game result based on server-side logs. In such cases, sk999's decision is final and binding.

6.3 Ensuring Fair Play

sk999 is committed to ensuring fair and transparent gameplay on its platform. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) or verified live dealers. No game outcome is predetermined, and results are not artificially influenced in favor of any player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sk999 and, if proven, will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Operating an account under another person's identity
• Playing games with the help of automated bots, scripts, or software
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems or software
• Harassing or abusing other members
• Creating or operating an account by providing false or misleading information
